Sessions can be arranged at different intervals depending on the work and your individual needs:

• weekly sessions a classic model of counselling and psychotherapy
• fortnightly sessions where reflection and integration are suited to the pace of work. I commonly work fortnighly with couples
• monthly sessions for structured programmes, including STRIDE recovery, which provides guided work for compulsive sexual behaviours.

This approach allows me to work thoughtfully and selectively, ensuring each therapeutic relationship is purposeful and aligned with readiness for depth.
